(New Product Development) Fines Separator for Aggregates ,Sand & Minerals

In construction industries stone metal (Crushed stone) is main ingredient for cement concrete. In crushing process fine dust below 75 micron are generated .These fine dust is having more surface area hence requires more water, this increases water cement ratio , which results in reducing the strength of concrete, to achieve higher strength to the concrete the dust must be separated . For separating dust the aggregates must be washed by water.

Similarly in mineral industries dealing with Iron Ore , Aluminum Ore or for Quartz & Feldspar & similar minerals , mica or other unwanted minerals are embedded along with the raw material ,these minerals are crushed to concentrate the quantum. The dust generated is generally impurity & is removed by washing.

The washing of stones & minerals is a costly affair. To avoid this we have developed a new modified VSI Crusher. In this machine) a very special arrangement is made to separate the dust generated while crushing.

The air draft generated by the high speed rotor of the VSI is diverted in upward direction; This high velocity air stream takes away the fine dust particle below 75 micron with it. The dust laden air is passed through very special designed Cyclone type Air Classifiers where about 85% of dust is separated & remaining dust laden air is cleaned in Bag filter.

Due to this invention (Patent applied for) the stone metal which was coated by fine dust gets cleaned, thereby resulting in more strength to concrete. In mineral processing this increases the concentration of ore which gives higher commercial value.

As the dust is completely separated from the crushed product sand manufactured by this machine can be used for plastering & concreting, gives very good strength. Therefore this is the best machine for producing construction sand available in the market.
